Greetings:

I am looking for any extra Snowbirds brochures people may have that they'd be willing to part with. I have a number of them but am also missing several of them. Would be willing to pay fair value for them. Collecting these gives me something to do in the off season:)

If anyone has any they would like to part with or have extras they'd be willing to sell, etc. Please let me know.

Thanks

Corey,

If you are looking for past Snowbird brochures, try emailing the team. I wrote to the team a while back and told them that I have been collecting Snowbird brochures for years and wanted to add older brochures to my collection.

Within a few weeks, a package came to me in the mail with as many of the brochures that they could find.

I know you had written to the team in the past and didn't get a response, but let them know what you are doing and give them the specific years you are missing. From what I have learned, the team has a lot of old PR stuff kicking around.

I now have brochures from 1976 to 2009. I wouldn't count on anything older that that from the team though. But, I am always on the lookout for older Snowbird brochures as well!

Colin:

Actually the team is a real class act. I wrote them earlier this year and got what I needed, but the signed poster they gave me was ripped. I taped it but kindly wrote them asking if they could provide another one, they did, no questions asked.

I am going to write the team a letter and see if they can provide any of the older brochures. I'm missing many, so I don't know how much they can help, but it's worth a shot.

I have to say everytime I have written them, they have gotten back (just takes some time coming to the US). They are truly a class act and very nice people.

Thank you for the information!

Corey

Corey,

I'm pretty sure the team will be able to help plug some of the holes in your collection. I wrote them in 2002 if I remember correctly. I needed about a dozen I think and they were pretty good at getting most of what I needed.

They are a class act though....no question there.

An update to this:

Today I got a huge bubble mailer in the mail filled with brochures from the Snowbirds as far back as 1980. They were missing a few but now I only need three from the years between 1980-2009. I even offered to compenstate them for the postage costs and they sent that back.

I'm almost in tears. They are the kindest people and one of the best airshow teams around. And some of that isn't what they do in the air. They've really pleased a fan and they truly go above and beyond to their fans to keep them loyal and happy.

If any of the Snowbirds read this, thank you very very much for the brochures and the warm and kind letters. I'm one very happy Snowbirds fan.

Wow Corey, that's awesome! They were just as helpful when I asked them for past brochures. The team has always been gracious in answering any questions I have sent via email as well. I'm hoping to catch a team practice or two in the New Year out at Mossbank. They even offered to phone me to let me know if the practice was a go or not, so I didn't have to waste a 2 hour drive!

Class act in the air and on the ground!

Greetings!

The Snowbirds helped me considerably but I am still missing brochures from the following three years. The Snowbirds told me they did not have any in their old stockpiles.

1981, 1993 or 1998

If you have any extras of these years you would be willing to part with, please let me know.

Thanks

Corey
