Great show! Little windy on Saturday but Sunday was mid 80's with no clouds and no wind! F-15E demo was awesome and the Phantom and mustang joined for a great HF. The Gunfighter field assault simulated recovering of a downed airman, and involved the guard and active duty guys. Very impressive. The Rhino and Tbird parts of the show were good as well. All in all I'd say A-

I would say this was a very good show.
As previously posted, the Gunfighter Air Power Demo was indeed the highlight. It was great to see 6 F-15's in the air (4 C 's and 2 E's). Also two Apaches in the air was a rare event to see at an airshow.
The weather was great but the sun angles were the worst I've seen at an airshow. Oh well, I guess you work with what you have.
On the negative side, does anyone know what the Navy did with the Super Hornet demo? The demo is a shell of it's former self. They no longer fly as close to the crowd as they used to, and the high speed flypast appears to be much more tame. I recall even last year at Alliance they just ripped the airfield apart and did some very agressive flying. I used to think the Super Hornet demo almost rivaled the F-22 in terms of excitement and now something changed all that.
The F-15E demo was great as usual.
There were a couple nice surprises on static. This including a CF-18 with special tail markings and a modificed C-130 out of Youngstown that conducts spray missions of fire retardent and other chemicals.

This was a awesome show, though I'm not sure if the crowed turn out was worth it. on Saturday, we pushed maybe 10 thousand, and on Sunday, maybe 40 thousand. definitely not the turn out he were hoping for, put still one great show.
some Thursday arrivals
