LOL. Chris you and Carl would know about the heat from the Hornet and the Jet Truck also. Considering where you were for the photos. LOL

Hey guys and gals. My first post on the board here....f4dskyray I know you can probably figure out who this is by my log in name.
Have been working the GGAS for the entire 11 years, well I missed 1 due to an accident, but was there helping out until 2 days before the show. I did get a ride in RescueAir1 that year..LOL
The show is something I look forward to every year and always an enjoyment.

I have flown in this one a few times and is where my log in comes from......

Welcome to the boards. I flew with you a few years ago when you were in LaGrange, GA. A VERY cool ride.

I'm sorry Don....I didn't mean to give the impression that the Black Cat was mine...It is just a favorite of mine. I met Charlie, the pilot, several years ago at this airshow and became friends. Tried to get a ride with him whenever he was at the show. He has since sold the airplane. Mike

Mike,

My bad. I guess I tried to read between the lines. I actually thought you were Charlie. I got some pretty good photos of his PBY at last years show. Hopefully whoever bought it will fly it in the SE USA. Are you going to be at Dobbins tomorrow? Take care.

No, I won't be going to Dobbins this weekend. Jeff and I tried to get a hookup to work the show but it never materialized. I live on the SE side of town, and after last week's GGAS all 3 days, I am going to take a break. Hate to miss this one, but got to. I will have to work Sunday.

Yall have a great time and I know that some great pictures will show up here somehow.

Mike
